All EZ drugtests use a chemical reagent that is absorbed in silica gel, which is held inside the glass ampoule included. You have to add your sample to the ampoule which contains chemicals, if a reaction occurs, the color change will take place.

This color should be compared to the color chart included on the instructions within the package, to give an indication as what could be in the sample. Contains 10 MDMA testers.
